Return & Refund Policy (Saree Products)

  • Return Eligibility:
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Sarees purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products:
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
  • Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, contact customer support at panchvallisaree@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Approval is required before sending the product back.
  • Refund Process:
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges:
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Exchange Policy:
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Important Notes:
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings and are not considered defects.
